WIN a COMPETITIVE RFP

Apply for and win city of Boston RFPs (requests for proposals) for an open/green space project that will be a collaboration among the stakeholders resulting in MOUs (memoranda of understanding)

BUILD a PARTNERSHIP

Work in partnership with a responsible local developer of E+ and NetZero affordable homes to be built on City-owned vacant land the community designates for such development.

CREATE a NATURAL OPEN AREA

Conclude the successful transfer of the Cedar-Juniper Natural Area from the Trustees of Reservations to HPCLT to become community open space for revitalization use by the neighborhood.
